I went there today with my mom for dinner. It was her first experience at Red Lobster, but I had been to different RB, this one was the best! -seafood was fresh -service was excellent -drink was perfect Definitely going back!

There's nowhere in Racine to get real lobster. Nowhere to get King crab legs and something something something... So if you want seafood, you kinda gotta... Our red lobster is just as good as any, and usually, not as packed as the one on 76th. Lately, I try to order their weird little specials, cuz if I have another fisherman 's feast or whatever... The lobster pizza or tacos or whatever they're doing this month is the way to go. Lobster stuffed with lobster with a lobster tattoo...

I came in tonight with high hopes and expectations only to have them dashed and destroyed on my poor stomach. I ordered the lobster bisque as a starter and it was just as appetizing as the last time I ordered it. The friendly and accomidating waitress made me fresh coffee to accompany it. I think it goes without saying that the cheddar Bay biscuits were far too appetizing for my waistline. So we can simply say delicious. My pick two came with a salad. I chose the ceasar salad and asked for no croutons and our server very kindly accomidated me. It was lettuce, shaved parmessian and dressing. Nothing special but the lettuce was fresh and it was well dressed. Everything was going well, the service was attentive and prompt and then the floor fell out from under my booth. I chose the parrot isle jumbo coconut shrimp and the garlic-grilled shrimp skewer . I upscaled my mashed potatoes to the creamy lobster mashed potatoes and I added a lobster tail. I chose to have my lobster grilled. The coconut shrimp was excellent. It was cooked well and was flavorful. The grilled shrimp was lacking in all flavor. The shrimp itself was flavorless and if there was any garlic on it I would be flabbergasted. The rice was cooked aldente but again flavorless. The lobster tail was well grilled and quite perfect. Which brings us to the mashed potatoes. To be fair and honest these looked amazing. I took a picture and happily put my phone down to try them. I am not exaggerating when I state that I almost spit these horrid potatoes into my napkin. These were such a disappointment. The lobster on top was overly sweet, nausiatingly so. The potatoes themselves were I'm guessing instant or drastically over processed and the cheese sauce was plastic for lack of a better term. Please do yourself a favor and avoid these for your health. The manager removed the potatoes from the bill without asking. Again the service was excellent tonight. In conclusion do yourself a favor and spend your dining dollars elsewhere.

The Ultimate Feast is amazing and huge! Yes, I can usually eat the whole thing and to make matters worse, I even upgrade to Coconut Shrimp. Ha! I miss those cheddar cheese biscuits, which of course I dip in ranch dressing. I usually don't order an appetizer here since you already get so much food with the feast including a salad and biscuits. I've had good service here for the most part. Although, there was kind of a weird moment here on my birthday. I came in for dinner and the waitress asked if we were celebrating. I said, "Yes, it's my birthday." At the end of dinner the same waitress comes over and says, "Would you like a dessert for your birthday? I mean wait, would you like to BUY a dessert for your birthday?" Haha. It was strange. Overall, I love coming to Red Lobster.

The service was very good. Our waitress, Nikki, was fantastic! The hostess and others were very friendly! We've been going to Red Lobster for decades across the country. It just seemed that the quality of the food had dipped a bit. The clam chowder was more like chowder (I had a hard time finding a piece of clam) and it was rather bland. We ordered a lobster tail to go with our meals and it looked anorexic, though it was very tasty. The crab alfredo was too salty. Though the quality seems to have gone down, the prices seem to be inching up. Red Lobster in the past has been one of our favorites but this experience lowered it on our list.

We just waited 2 hours and 10 minutes and still had not been seated. We were told 1 hour, we thought okay it's 4:30 worst case is we get seated at 5:45. Eventually we left because the two, two year olds began to meltdown. Our six year old was losing his mind. The manager did try to make it better, but at that point the only thing that could have made it better was getting food. Ridiculous that they could not reasonable seat a 10 top.

Red Lobster restaurants seem to go up and down in quality and vary from place to place. This particular store was in its up-cycle. . We came in for dinner last Thursday evening. The place was busy yet we managed to get seated with no waiting. The restaurant seating is somewhat cramped with little room between tables. This makes it a bit tight, but it does not affect the food nor service, both of which were good. The restaurant and restrooms were clean; the place a bit noisy. For our meals, my wife and I ordered the exact same meal ... the Wood-Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon. The waitress seemed to get a kick out of this. We differed only on drink selection - beer for the wife and water for me. The meal was quite fine. It is the second time we had this particular dinner; the first at this location.

The price is a little high but the food is good. Although the restaurant is crowded, it's not noisy at all. I feel private when sitting on the booth with my friends. This restaurant is clean, it's important.

My husband and I went during the day in on a Tuesday to celebrate our third wedding anniversary and there was barely anybody there. Our waiter was nice but not super attentive, but we still gave him a nice tip. My husband tried the Lobster Bisque Soup for the first time and really liked it (I had a bite and it was creamy and not over powering with a lobster taste), I got a cup of Creamy Baked Potato and it was so good. We split a sampler platter for appetizer (coconut shrimp which was to die for, stuffed mushrooms which tasted really good and regular shrimp), everything tasted so good. I ordered 1/2 pound of crab legs (which could have had a little more meat) and the Chicken Alfredo, which was amazing. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits I thought were a little salty. My husband ordered a shrimp and salmon dish which he said was decent. In the end we split a Chocolate Lava Cookie which was so good. Besides our waiter our experience was overall pretty good. Food came out fresh and hot and they even gave us extra biscuits to take home when I asked for some to take with my left overs. Our bill came to $63 and some change. He got a soda to drink and I got an iced tea.

Let's start with Lisa, our fantastic server! She was attentive and her timing was absolutely stellar, not there too often, never had to wonder where she was...it is a big deal to have someone this good at a medium priced restaurant. The lobster, salmon, and shrimp combo was very good and the crab stuffed flounder is a long time favorite. And just as a side not, Red Lobster has the best cole slaw around. Thanks again to Lisa!

So far everything is good, husband ordered lobster bisque it was fishy and cold, it wasn't good, but they took it away and he had clam chowder, he liked that better. Salads were good, but how can you screw up a dinner salad. Had fried green beans for appetizer and even though the batter was kinda falling off the beans, they were really good, beans were very fresh and thin so they were tender. All my shrimp are very good, coconut, walts favorite (fried) and scampi, husband's steak and lobster are good too. Overall pretty good experience.

Had a great experience here the other day. Have never been to a red lobster, VERY pleasantly surprised with the food and service.

I had a group to take along and I was running an event in Kenosha. We tried the one in Gurnee, IL, not too far out and real packed for a Saturday night. The Red Lobster in Racine saved the night!!! They got us in and the trout I got was awesome. I would recommend the Racine Red Lobster to anyone who needs a good dinner after a long day of hard work.

I will say that although my experience started out shaky it turned out really good. I ordered take-out and the person taking my order missed a complete order. At first I was mad and a bit annoyed, but after talking with one of the managers (Rebecca) it was great. She went out of her way to fix the mistakes and really made a bad experience into a great one. It is one thing to be able offer great service, but it takes a lot more work and effort to win back a customer after major mistakes have been made. Rebecca and her staff did just that. The food was great, but what made the difference is the great service I received. Will be returning.

I haven't been to a Red Lobster in many years, and it may be many more before I go back. My brother and I received a "Blue Moon shower" from our very embarrassed waitress who spilled a glass of beer on us; salad and entree orders were messed up causing my mother to have to wait for her food. The food itself wasn't bad, but nothing too great, either (except for the highly addictive biscuits) - and the manager comped two of the dinners for our trouble.

This Red Lobster is TINY compared to some. It could definitely use more space to deal with the crowds.

This restaurant has only been open a few weeks. The service was warm, friendly and attentive. Our food was plentiful, flavorful and hot. Our waitress was quick with drink refills and biscuit refills. It was a great meal, and we will be back.
